What are the ingredients in a ready-made Welsh Cake? Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour), sugar, wheat gluten, soybean oil, salted butter, sweet cream buttermilk solids, mono and diglycerides, soybean lecithin, sodium benzoate, butter flavor, beta carotene), nonfat dry milk and whey solids, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, corn starch, allspice, cinnamon and xanthan gum. All flavors contain wheat, milk, soy and egg. Ready-made Welsh Cakes come with either Milk Chocolate Chips, Cranberries, Currants, Butterscotch with Pecans, White Chocolate and Citrus, Fruit, Nuts and Chocolate, Pineapple with Coconut, Apples, Blueberry with Almonds.
