Scottish Blossom Honey 340g - Sold Out

A blend of honey from various floral sources. Harvested throughout the summer months including nectar from clover, willow-herb, lime, wild raspberry, bramble, and many others. With a mild, quite sweet flavor and smooth creamed texture, the addition of some rapeseed oil helps to give a fine grain structure.

Although lovely in tea, we also enjoy savoring this honey spread generously on a scone with clotted cream.
