Nyåkers flavorful gingersnap cookies are made from a traditional recipe that dates back to the 1950’s. Called Pepparkakor in Swedish, each sweet and spicy biscuit is filled with blend of ginger, clove, and cinnamon. Palm-free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

This aromatic gingerbread house contains ten gingerbread cookie pieces to build a house. A great family activity!

Before assembling your gingerbread house, lay all the pieces on a baking tray and place in an oven at approx 212° F for 5 to 7 minutes to drive off any condensation. Allow the pieces to cool on the tray before assembly. (Package does not include icing or other candy.)
