Irish Rapeseed Oil is derived from the rapeseed plant which grows very well in Ireland. The seed of the plant is cold pressed, filtered and bottled - its all natural and there are no other additives. Rapeseed oil has half the saturated fat of all the other oils, its rich in Omega 3, 6 and 9, it will help lower your cholesterol and its ideal for cooking as it wont burn as easy as other vegetable or olive oils.
