Baked for us on the Isle of Mull - all the same family as the lovely Isle of Mull Cheese we sell. Made with organic ingredients, mixed using electricity from water powered generators on the Tobermory River and baked in ovens fired by renewable timber from the island itself - but all the rain means the wheat flour is not grown on the island!
