Mustard was known for its medicinal purposes before its culinary uses. It was first mentioned as a curative in the Greek's Hippocratic writings. So it is perfectly complemented in a unique blend with one of our own former 'curatives' Irish stout from a well-known Irish brewery, resulting in luxurious wholegrain mustard. This blend, named the 'caviar of mustards', gives a touch of gusto to all its willing partners. Gives a subtle flavour to sauces and adds zest to soups and casseroles. This recipe is gluten-free.
